Barrister Hamna Zain is a UK-qualified Barrister from Lincoln’s Inn with over 13 years of international legal experience. She is the Founder & CEO of Barrister Hamna & Attorneys, advising clients across the Middle East, UK, USA, and Europe on complex corporate, commercial, and cross-border transactions.

Currently based in Dubai, Hamna provides corporate legal services throughout the Middle East, working with established companies and fast-growing startups. She is also expanding her practice to the United States, guiding businesses on structuring, compliance, and cross-border corporate matters.

Her expertise covers contract law, corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, securities law, intellectual property, startup law, technology law, and dispute resolution. She is a Harvard-certified Contract Law expert and a GDPR compliance specialist, with a strong focus on multi-jurisdictional risk management and regulatory compliance.
